The Z Car kit is supplied ready assembled and is easily transportable in the rear of a transit van or small trailer. It can be palletised and shipped all over the world. This complete kit including pallet weighs 160kg and can be shipped anywhere in the UK for £100 + VAT.

Disconnect your battery - this is to avoid possible electrical shorts and fire.
Drain fuel tank into an approved metal container such as a Jerry can. REMOVE CAN AND ANY HOSE FROM WORK AREA.
Remove fuel tank.
Remove Engine/Gearbox from front of car.
Remove seat belts - take care to keep all bolts and washers in the order they came off, and mark which bolt is which.
Remove carpet.
Remove rear screen and both side windows.
Remove front screen.
Place all interior trim and glass in a safe place away from where you are going to be working, as sparks can damage your glass and interior trim.
Wind down your driver and passenger windows for this same reason, or better still, remove both doors.
Cover steering wheel and dashboard with fireproof fabric, if you have no fireproof fabric, dampen a large cotton cloth and keep damp during the cutting out of the shell.
Jack up rear of car.
Put it on axle stands.
Remove rear wheels.
Remove rear subframe complete.
Remove boot lid.
